A custom symbol will be quoted on individually and is subject to the quality of the artwork and suitability of the piece to engrave.

We may not be able to do custom work at the height of the holiday seasons, such as mid-December or early Feburary or May. Please plan ahead.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

The locket shown at left is a sterling locket with a standard script interlocking monogram. The middle initial is larger and represents the person's last (family) name. A monogram is $10. A sentiment is generally $15. and we can fit an average of 15 letters or more on many lockets. Occasionally, a certain locket or choice of letters presents a difficulty for the engraver and the item will be charged on an individual basis. This will need to be approved by you before the engraving is done. You will be notified after placing an order if your engraving will cost additional.

Each product on our website that is engravable has the engraving information available in the shopping cart.

To order, just place your item in the shopping cart and enter your engraving information in the text box there. A representative from our sales staff will review all the info before processing, and will email or call if there are any questions.

Allow an extra day or so for your items to be engraved, sometimes a bit longer at the holidays.

If you simply want a script or block style, we will choose the best one for you using our experience as our guide.  If you want a specific style, let us know and we will try to use it for you on your specific piece. Occasionally a font will not fit or work with the item you have chosen, and we will substitute with the closest one possible.

If you want to engrave on two sides, simply mention it in the shopping cart, text box and we will adjust your order manually and charge your credit card for the additional amount necessary. Generally $8-15.00 additional.
